Dr. Susan Lucky is Test Administrator & Adjunct Professor for City University of New York. She has served in higher education for over 2 decades. She has been a HSE Chief Examiner since 2010. Believing passionately in the power of education to expand human potential, transform lives and shape new visions for leading and learning in a global complex world is what drives Dr. Lucky. Grounded in her earliest years as a Director of Student Services for adults and at-risk populations. Dr. Lucky’s career has encompassed all levels of organizational leadership, development, and management for colleges, universities and continuing education programs. She has served as strategic planning, management and fundraising consultant for several local organizations. Dr. Lucky holds a BA in Sociology, a MSOL in Organizational Leadership and a Ph.D. In Higher Education.
